Buttery, tingly lip balm LOVE

This buttery soft lip balm tingles on me for about 20 minutes. It's not a painful tingle. It's very minty fresh herbal smelling and I love it! The balm is a bit on the softer side which helps when applying it. It glides on and coats the lips perfectly. It's in a sturdy plastic lip balm tube.

Highly recommend for chapped lips

The past few years, my lips have been perpetually chapped and dry. I have tried so many different lip balms only to find that they make my lips drier, or it feels thick and I can't get it off my lips fast enough. This lip balm is quite different. It goes on smoothly, it does not feel 'cakey', and it stays on. I can't really smell or taste the rosemary or the mint but that is ok. I am happy to have found a lip balm that helps my chapped lips instead of making them worse.
