Accept as HSP with dissociation (Paperback)

To accept life in a good way, is not always easy. Life is not always, as I want it. That makes sense. Life didn't always go, the way I wanted it. That is obvious.Life is changeable. Fortunately. My childhood is over. Fortunately. I am now able to accept my negative childhood, as it was. I make my own decisions and accept the consequences. I now adhere to my own limits.Nice events pass. Less fun events also pass. As HSP, I have more difficulty processing the effects of negative events. For the time being, my negative feelings and emotions, dominate the positive feelings and emotions. As HSS, I keep trying and experiencing, also with regard to therapy. I have to do something for it, it doesn't work automatically.I am now able to accept my negative experiences, as they are. I am now able to accept my negative feelings and emotions, as they are.Just like everyone else, I have positive and negative character traits. I am now able to accept my negative character traits, as they are.It all sounds simple. But I have to make a conscious effort every day to stay positive. I am also positive about myself. It is no use to think in a negative way. I am able to accept myself, as I am. I am able to stimulate myself in a positive way. As long as I make an effort to accept everything, as it is, everything can only go better.
