Nice quality
These are a great product and value. I am in physical therapy for a rotator cuff injury and tennis elbow. I was using traditional weights but gripping them was very painful and aggravating to my tennis elbow injury. These are the perfect solution. They fit snug on my wrists, or further over my hand for all my p.t. needs. Much better fit than ankle weights that are tough to put on by yourself and tend to be loose and slide around.

Comfortable fit
They are the perfect size for my wrists. I was worried because I have small wrists, but they slide over my hand easily and don't flop around. I could put my fingers through and hold onto them but I was really looking for weights that fit over my hand.
