Nice look

I bought and installed it to protect the actuator box on my Warn winch. Did not intend to put off road lights on it. The covers for the light mounts and flex conduit for the wiring are cheap black plastic (so only 4 stars for appearance. The wind took one of them out the first time I drove the truck but overall it makes for a nice look.

Looks great fairly easy to install

Installs just like the directions say, except the picture with my directions had the frame brackets reversed. Installed it myself in about an hour with the help of a hydraulic floor jack. You do have to remove the grill from the truck, which was very simple, to get to the tow hook bolts.

Looks and fits great.

Removed the skid plate and stock tow hooks on my FX4, bolted this on with no issues at all. It claims it won't work with the skid plate but it will if you do a bit of modifying. I cut a couple notches in the plate to fit over the winch attachment arms, then drilled a 1/2" hole in the bottom of each arm and inserted riv nuts, drill corresponding holes in the skid plate and it bolts up just like stock.
