I received this pouch unfortunately it would not hold the air that it was suppose to in able to sit on it. I called Todays Concept and spoke with Jason on 1/15/18. He told me to send back with with the packing slip and to write replace. I asked for a mailing label and told me to use packaging slip. Well I sent back and it cost $18.98 to ship (as much for the item itself)! It was received at Todays Concept on the 1/23/18. Tried to call 2x's and have left a message. I am very disappointed in this company and as of now I'm out $40 with no pouch couch. I would appreciate if walmart would look into this matter!
