The original receipt or packing slip must accompany the return for your warranty claim to be honored. Skates determined to be defective shall be repaired or replaced free of charge, excluding transportation costs. In no event shall Epic Skates, Inc be liable for any incidental or consequential damages and such damages are specifically excluded from warranty coverage.
