Seller/Walmart does not honor their return policy

The color and pattern is not the same or as nice in real life. I went to a Walmart store to return the item. The the clerk and then the manager said " that we can not accet this return in Walmart store' because it is a third party. Then I showed them the return policy by Xindingue co. on the Walmart app and it says the item is returnable to the store. I told them why does it says you can return at the the store but you do not honor it. The manager at the return department said I have to talk to walmart.com. It is not worth my time arguing with them.
