This has been a really fun addition for our family. The teens really love it. There are different modes that you can choose so it's not always the same, and it can changes levels of speed. The option to hook up your music via bluetooth is a fun option. The wall attachment of heavy duty Velcro is great because you can put it pretty much anywhere. It holds really well. It was nice that a pair of boxing gloves were included with it, because we didn't have any and didn't need to go out and find some.

This is a really fun game! My daughter (now 17) plays it as a workout before hitting the heavy bag. At first she could only go for 5 minutes, now she's up to 20. The cardio is crazy!
