Dear customer, thank you for sharing. We are sad to hear you were unhappy with the warranty process, but are glad to hear you loved your UFO™ device and all of its features! Please note that, in order to improve our products, but also to insure the faulty products are disposed of properly, we must ask you to ship the device back to us. Our company policy usually requires you to send the device back to us so that we can properly dispose of it before sending you a replacement (2-year warranty) or a 50% coupon code (10-year warranty). However, if you insist on keeping the faulty device we offer an alternative option - to disassemble your device as per the instructions illustrated on the picture we have provided. Please note that all FOREO devices are recyclable. Once you disassemble your device, and once it is safe to go outside, you can take the device to your local electronics recycling center. Most electronic waste facilities will gladly accept and recycle FOREO devices. Another option is to dispose of parts individually if your local electronics recycling center will not take the FOREO device as a whole unit. Kindly note that I completely understand your concerns, however, due to the nature of our products, this is the procedure we must follow in order to ensure everyone's health and safety.
