Great product but terrible replacement process

My original FOREO UFO gave up on my after less than 3yrs as the battery just can't charge and the device can't turned on. I had to get my replacement under the 10yrs warranty for 50% off the new set. I love my FOREO UFO so I had to purchase. I was given an option to purchase the newer version BUT it didn't happen. I have to get back the original same piece that broke down on me. They asked me to send back to them and I had to go all the way to the post office only to realise I can't send something with batteries, why ask me to do it in the 1st place? I was made a mechanic to remove the batteries myself and had to take video and photos to proof it to FOREO. I am so inconvenience, felt cheated by their team. End day, I still love my device and hopes the warranty holds when the day come should I need to use it again which I hope the product will be reliable from now on.

Dear customer, thank you for sharing. We are sad to hear you were unhappy with the warranty process, but are glad to hear you loved your UFO™ device and all of its features! Please note that, in order to improve our products, but also to insure the faulty products are disposed of properly, we must ask you to ship the device back to us. Our company policy usually requires you to send the device back to us so that we can properly dispose of it before sending you a replacement (2-year warranty) or a 50% coupon code (10-year warranty). However, if you insist on keeping the faulty device we offer an alternative option - to disassemble your device as per the instructions illustrated on the picture we have provided. Please note that all FOREO devices are recyclable. Once you disassemble your device, and once it is safe to go outside, you can take the device to your local electronics recycling center. Most electronic waste facilities will gladly accept and recycle FOREO devices. Another option is to dispose of parts individually if your local electronics recycling center will not take the FOREO device as a whole unit. Kindly note that I completely understand your concerns, however, due to the nature of our products, this is the procedure we must follow in order to ensure everyone's health and safety. I really love it

I've had the UFO for a few weeks now and I have used it about 3x a week. I don't know if my skin has drastically improved but I love that I get all the good benefits of a sheet mask without it taking a long time. I am a mom to a rambunctious 2 yr old and I don't have the time to sit with a sheet mask on for 20min and after my toddler goes to bed I want to chill and zone out, not think about skin care. I love the warming and cooling dependent on the mask, I love the Tsonic vibrations, and I REALLY love that it only takes 90 seconds for a treatment. My husband even uses it from time to time. Love our UFO!

I have to admit that I've had myUFO for about two weeks and I look forward to using it! All of the masks I've tried are wonderful! My skin is so happy. I like to put a little bit of the treatment that's left in the mask envelope on the back of my hands. LOVE IT!
