Roller is helping my torn shoulder.

I pulled my shoulder out of place. I ask my chiropractor. He is very good and get's advice from an orthopedic. I he gave me some exercises that may prevent surgery. I may still have to go to the Orthopedic Dr. but I am trying to avoid surgery. The roller is part of my exercise program. It seems to be working. My wife had back surgery years ago. I bought her one.
