Attractive and effective

They definitely seal well. I use one of the mid-sized bowls to go get ice cream with the kids, then take it to the park. (I can't trust them to hold mine while I drive) As such, the lids can be a bit tricky to put on, but you'll know when it is or isn't secured. The set is for my grill cart, so it looks nice containing watermelon cubes, tomato slices, pickles, onions, mayo, etc. and is compact. I'll probably never use these in a microwave, or put them in a dishwasher, to keep them visually appealing.
