Not happy with shipping - but the product is good
This is a nice size and I really like the product and quality. Especially like that the sides come straight up - on some of the loaf pans, the ends with the handles slope rather than coming straight up. They say that helps with removal of the item being baked, but I don't want that sloped end on my bread. Unfortunately, I ended up ordering this product from another supplier because I ordered this item twice and it arrived broken both times. These glass loaf pans were only wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in a plastic mailing envelope. They were not placed in a box with extra packing and so they were broken during shipment. The first time, you could hear the glass moving around in the bag. Didn't open either shipment due to broken glass.

Love the quality. 4 stars because I would prefer not to have the handles. Useless since they still conduct heat and you need to use a mitt anyway. They just take up more cabinet space because of the handles.
