THE ROCK by Starfrit One Pot 9" x 13", 5.3-Qt Dish w/ Lid 060741-003-0000

I don't have this dish yet but I have other pieces from Starfrit/The Rock. AMAZING. I've been happy with ceramic but it tend to chip and after time stick. I use "the rock" deep skillet multiple times a week and I get a kick out out of how "non-stick" it is. Toss in meat, veggies, whatever and they sear easily. rock the pan and the food slides around. Simmer a coupe of hours and tip the pan... food slides to the side. Washing is basically, a dab of soap, some hot water, slosh around and rinse. NO SCRUBBING. I'm ordering this bake dish for gifts... and one for me.

I've both this rectangular Dish 6 months ago to prépare meat in the oven. I bake meat with the lid for 1 hour and 7min on broil without the lid. It's perfect everytime. It was Also good for lasagna. I notice that the Handle on the lid is a bit loose.
