    Spelt flour!

    I LOVE the Spelt Flour muffin recipe on the bag. I was upset I couldn't find it again in any love cal grocery store, then I found the web site and ordered 4 bags. I make butter/powdered sugar/vanilla frosting, and spread on the Spelt muffins. Everyone loves them! I am a Spelt Flour girl now and forever!

    My new baking love

    I bake my own bread and although I love the benefits of whole wheat, it does make for a dense loaf. Enter spelt - all the goodness of whole wheat but a bit lighter. I put it into all my loaves, usually at a 1:3 ratio with Bob's Artisan flour. The Dutch oven method makes bread baking a breeze, and the results are superlative.

    Healthy products that taste great

    I use the spelt flour, all purpose flour and 10 grain pancake/waffle mix. I make a lot of pizza dough and these products all work well and, generally speaking, fit within our dietary preferences. Clearly the all purpose flour is not whole grain but some people want traditional pizza dough.
