this is a chart i bought as xmas present. i personally found it not as easy to read/remember as charts i bought by Claire Marie Miller. She has a whole book called : integrative reflexology- theory and practice. which has made me fall in love with my feet 😸. highly recommend looking into doing ur own healing %26 leaving western medicine if possible. reflexology is fun %26 useful, not to mention FASCINATING.
