I've been bodybuilding the last 15 years and the fabric on these are extremely slippery right out the box. If you even have a slight amount of sweat it doesn't mater how tight your grip is on the bar and doesn't matter how tight you have the straps locked on, it still feels like you have soap on your hands and you feel the strap slipping on every rep ruining my concentration. I feel more forearm and hand activation/pump using them on back days then I do without them. I'll use my basic thin ribbon straps for now until I can get these broken in if that's possible. I do not recommend these find better ones for the same price.
