Beware your vendor

While the camera is really nice, the bundle that i ordered was missing a couple of items, the extra battery and the car charging adapter. I used the "contact seller" link here to let the vendor know, but i have not received a response from the vendor, even giving the 48 hours response time stated by the app. Mistakes happen, I get that, but not responding so the order can be made right is not acceptable. If this is indicative of what this vendor provides, I'd recommend making sure Jerry's Photo is not who services your orders.
