Great moisturizer for dry skin

I bought the Eucerin Body Creme to provide hydration for my legs and neck. I am in the sun quite a bit and especially during cold weather, my skin gets dry and tight and flaky. I initially bought it because it would moisturize my skin but since it has a SPF of 30 I knew it would provide a sun block also. My legs are not nearly as flaky as they were before I started using Eucerin.
