Sniff deeply. Wipe nozzle clean after use. Do not use more often than once every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24 hour period. Children under 6 years of age: Consult a doctor. To use pump: Remove cap and safety clip. Hold with thumb at bottom of bottle and nozzle between fingers. Before using the first time, prime pump by depressing several times.     This is the best stuff if you have a stuffy nose, it works almost instantly, but you guys do not carry it in the store that is very stupid. It should be sold in the stores not just online for double or triple the price.     Zicam Intense = Intense Relief

    These Zicam sprays are very super effective on heavy drainage. The Intense version has the vapor, while the Extreme Congestion Relief does not - your choice. Intense is sometimes hard to find in stores, so I order them. Pricey, but in times of need, very helpful. Use and tilt head completely FORWARD and gently sniff for a while to get it to circulate into the sinuses.
