The declaration of the independence (7/4/1776) and the constitution of the United States of America (7/10/1787) were devised to settle dynamic changes and arguments most unseen. Thus, their systems require informed and involved citizenry. Therefore, the injections of human and physical capital and technological knowhow became essential to their sustainability.
