Delivery was fast and the file cabinet well packed in heavy duty cardboard %26 styrofoam. The directions were good and easy to follow. With that said, this thing is a %23$@!%26 to assemble. BE ORGANIZE! Get out your own tools.... a ratchet screw driver helps! The drawers are very hard to stall into the rails. And the top is terrible. The worst design ever.... I finally removed the locking pin from the top.... so the top would fit onto the cabinet!!!! Good price but NOT worth the aggravation.
