If you want clear, beautiful skin, take a complete B complex AND put this stuff in some flavored water. Give it 6 weeks of doing this daily and your skin will look like a glowing, dewy peach. My husband says he can taste it and dislikes the flavor, but I can't taste it at all, so hopefully it won't taste bad for you. My skin looks like perfect silk and I'm on two prescriptions that cause acne. Better than Accutane!!
