These are absolutely the best frozen potatoes I have ever had. Heat them in the oven as directed. I leave them in an extra five minutes. They get really crispy. Leftovers I heated in the frying pan the next day with my bacon %26 egg breakfast. Delicious!! I will probably never buy fresh potatoes again. I am only cooking for one so this is very economical for me. I get two meals from one package. I can not be happier with the taste, quality, quanity, and price. They are like peeling a fresh potato, skin %26 all.
