Does not work as expected, difficult to use

I could not open this without assistance or a knife. Once opened, the cup is separated rings that fit with pressure. If you set the cup down, it collapses. This is not easy to use nor practical. I'm very unhappy with this purchase and have tried reaching out to this company to return it but have not received any communication from Yosoo. Might be useful if you plan to not set the cup down or accidentally bump it in any way. Not recommended for people with smaller or weaker hands.
