Inspired by the best in American design, these Dutch ovens are made in Tennessee—in fact, USA Enamel is the only collection of colorful enameled cast iron made in the United States. Built for generations of original cooking, each piece features stainless steel-inlaid handles and hardware on a cast iron vessel with enamel surfaces inside and out. The oven is enameled in Cherry on Top, a fiery red hue. Because the Dutch ovens distribute and retain heat so evenly on all heat sources, they're excellent for braising, boiling, roasting, simmering and deep frying.
