First off, the U pillow came up on my wifes facebook, not this particular one but ine that was selling for 169 99. I researched and found this one that had the same dimensions as the more expensive one. My wife who is now 5 months pregnant absolutely loves it. Its big and full and diverse. We have a queen bed and it take up some space but her sleep has definitely improved and well worth twice what I paid for it. Very happy.
