Sterling Silver Plated Simulated Pink Sapphire with CZ Accents Heart Pendant, 18

I was very excited to have gotten this for a friend whose husband and mother both died on the same day. I went to pick up my package. The lady at that desk was so nice. I went and picked up a few groceries. I checked out and then proceeded to Leave the shipping package with the necklace in the bottom of my cart. I realized it when I got home. I called immediately. They were very kind and said they would look for it. An hour later they called saying that they had found the empty envelope. I was most appreciative but unhappy with people in general. The employees were very Kind and helpful. Thank you !!
