Warranty information
We warrant to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of delivery.
This Limited Warranty does not apply if the product:
-Was not purchased directly from us or from an authorized seller,
-Has been altered or modified in any way,
-Has not been used in accordance with the product’s Instructions for Use (IFU).
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse, improper installation, operation beyond intended capacity, use of unapproved parts or accessories, or any alteration or repair performed by anyone other than us or an authorized service provider that, in our judgment, materially or adversely affects the product.
Our sole obligation under this Limited Warranty, and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy, is, at our discretion, to:
-Repair the product,
-Replace the product, or
-Issue a credit or refund for the value of the defective product.
Use of this product is not a guarantee against injury. Users should immediately consult a qualified healthcare professional if any adverse medical reaction occurs during or after use. Users should also consult a healthcare professional with any questions regarding whether this product is appropriate for their specific medical condition. If the user does not agree to these conditions, the product should not be used.
Except as expressly stated herein, we disclaim and exclude all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use this product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow limitations or exclusions of certain warranties or damages, so these limitations may not apply to all purchasers.
