In the story, Wilda, the wicked witch she was, encounters a shocking situation, where, much to her surprise, her broom is stolen. However, through the loyalty and support of her friend Wiska, the local Skyway Patrol, and the Bureau of Brooms and Brushes, they eventually find the broom.
