Leg Avenue Women's Halloween Fancy-Dress Costume for Adult, L

Just picked up my costume. it lookseems cute, and fits pretty well. My complaints with the costume are the sleeves are SUPER tight, I'm going to have one cut them on the bottom to get through the night. And there is nothing underneath the skirt to fill it out. In the picture, there is some kind of ring or something, but there isn't anything on the actual costume. This makes the skirt drag the ground horribly. So now I'm running around trying to find some kind of slip to make work. Would be nice if the picture showed how what you buy actually looks, or at least if the description told you a petticoat or something would be necessary to achieve look.
