Helps a lot!
I have a very aggravating in-grown toe nail on my right foot. It can be very painful sometimes, and after work, it is very painful. I did try this protector, and the results were very promising. I had a bit of difficulty putting it on, but once it was on, it was very comfortable. During the day, I felt no pain whatsoever. It did protect my toe from my shoe rubbing it, or any mishaps for that matter. At the end of the day, it was again, a little difficult to remove, but I finally mastered it. I do recommend these protectors, the gel lining is nice, and it does its job well.

Form Fitting!
The ZenToes 5 Pack Toe Caps Closed Toe Fabric Sleeve Protectors with Gel Lining are form fitting. I have the size "L" pack and personally don't consider my toes to be big, so you may want to consider sizing up. The gel liner creates a barrier between your toe and any moisture. I like that they are reusable (can be washed--environmentally friendly), which is very important to me. ZenToes 5 Pack Toe Caps Closed Toe Fabric Sleeve Protectors with Gel Lining are comfortable and after wearing for a little while, you don't even realize it is there. Perfect bandage for toes or even fingers
We recently went to the beach and a water park and the kids and myself nicked up our toes while walking barefoot. We tried these out to help with the healing and not to irritate the areas while we had shoes on. These helped great and fit on our toes perfectly. I can also see using these on my fingertips if I were to ever cut them up.
