Looks Great, But Received Defective and Returned I

I really wanted to like this wolf—it looks great and would have been perfect if it actually worked. Unfortunately, the first one I received had a defective motor, so the jaw didn't move at all. I returned it and ordered a replacement. The second one I received was clearly a returned item. Everything inside the box was thrown together and disorganized, not how a new product should be packaged. I didn't even bother assembling it because it was obvious someone else had already returned it. I paid for a brand-new item and did not receive one. Very disappointing experience.
