The chair was very heavy and built to last. Only recomendation would be the need for 2 people to assemble. Quite frustrating trying to do it alone. I did it but I couldn't tell you how many times I dropped the allen wrench and the spewing of curse words out of my mouth.

This chair is a class act all the way from the beginning to end! It arrived on time. It was well-packaged and everything that was needed to assemble it was included in the box. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand from the diagrams (no reading necessary). It requires only a minimal amount of assembly and most of it is quite simple! I am not very strong and have virtually no assembly experience, but I was able to put it together rather easily. Having said that, it is a quality chair and is a bit heavy, and it would have been helpful to have a second person to hold the arms in place while you screw them in, but I managed it by myself. The quality is excellent. It has very nice lines, attractive high quality materials, and the chair is very solid, and heavy, and feels like quality when you touch it or use it. The seat is spacious enough to suit and be comfortable for any size bottom and I love that the arms are attached from the back so they can go up and give extra room if you want it. I wish that the chair's lowest setting for cushion distance from the floor was just an inch or two lower because with my short legs I'm having trouble getting all the way back into the large cushion, but that says more about my body than the chair. I feel this chair is an excellent choice for anyone who wants a solid, well-made, easy-to-assemble, high quality adjustable office chair with a large, comfortable seat. To everyone at this company who designs, makes and ships this product, good job!! You can be proud to be part of the making of this product!!

Very Sturdy Chair
I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase this chair. I definitely needed something sturdy with a good padded seat as I work from home and spend too many hours sitting. My previous chairs did not have enough padding, the arms would dig in to my thighs causing pain, and after about a year the hydraulic lift would quit working. This chair is definitely accommodating to those with large bottoms and heavier weight, the seat has very good padding, and the design of the flip up arms (which have great padding also) is wonderful. I have just recently received and started using this chair - but I do not anticipate any problems or issues.
