I really like this product but?? It arrived and when I started putting it together I found parts were missing. I tried to just get replacement parts but couldn't for some strange reason. They offered me a refund instead go figure. With that being said I still think it's a nice product despite my issue. I would like to think that missing parts is not a common problem. I hope??
