Excellent customer service.

When it came, the product was undamaged and really simple to put together. I did, however, have a missing component. I contacted the distributor, and they mailed me the part after obtaining some details from me and some images. really kind and professional. I have never had such excellent customer service. I would repurchase from them.

An excellent mattress.

It's a beautiful bed. It takes a long to assemble, and as with most things you assemble, you have to be cautious to follow the instructions precisely and to plan ahead to ensure you put everything together correctly. It is not a terrible purchase overall.

I have finally located a bedframe that is satisfactory.

For my kid, I've finally located a good bedframe. He's a massive gorilla of a teenager, for context, and he's destroyed every wooden bedframe he's ever had. He won't need to damage another box spring with this frame. It's not breakable and it looks good. He also found it simple to assemble. Would absolutely repurchase, but hopefully I won't have to.
