Baby Disney Winnie the Pooh Blue Colored Baby Bib

1. Bib: Arrived slightly dirty and rumpled 2. Package: Bent and soiled with price marked in felt tip along with other large sloppy writing. Note that 1 & 2 make the bib totally inappropriate to give as a gift with the other items I purchased that match. 3. Overcharged: Price marked in felt tip was $3.99, not $7.39 as I was charged 3. Read: The title of the item is a blue bib, but the picture on website shows 2 bibs. 4. Service: Could not find any way to contact Walmart, just the supplier, who is not available on a Friday (today), or weekend. Only M-Th 9-4 PST, through a local phone # or via email. 5. Return: Cannot return through website system, must contact the seller, who requires that it be ""in its original sellable condition and package" (unused)" It did not arrive that way. Poor Pooh.
