Easy and Cute
The set-up was pretty easy, but I did have a little trouble with the rods for the diaper changing pad. So I have 2 complaints: that you can't use the top attachments if the mattress pad is set to the higher position, because the clips interfere with each other, and the diaper storage attachment is very flimsy and wide, so newborn size diapers do not stay in it.
