Aegis Men's Shoes Oil & Slip Resistant Safety Shoes, Striped Sole Black, Size 10

Aegis chef shoes were good quality %26 very durable. However, they ran a little small and half sizes weren't available. I returned the shoes to my local Walmart at 2401 Augusta Road, West Columbia, SC %26 was issued a refund. A few days later I received an email from the seller stating there was “ a part missing” and they were going to recharge me back for the item %26 cancelled my refund. How could a part be missing on a pair of shoes? I have been calling Walmart Customer Service (3 times already) and this was supposed to be escalated to the billing department. I have not received my $30.59 refund or a call back from the billing department addressing this matter. Walmart or the seller-Aegis should step up and resolve this matter %26 credit my credit card this amount of $30.59.
