This is great for folks like me who set the phone down on its back and with the sound off, forget about it. When a message comes in, I don't see it. With the mag stand, I can have the phone propped up where I can actually see the message come in to see it. I don't have to try to prop it up with a book or something that allows the phone to slide off. Or if using Facetime, I can prop it up without holding it to talk to the other person. And I can set the mag in assorted positions. Great choice to purchase.
