XL is not really

The XL tees I bought are all snug (even before washing), compared to other XL tees that have been through the wash and are thoroughly shrunken, but still fit great. The Hanes polo I purchased in the same order, also XL, has ample room. Likewise I found the boxer briefs in my order, exactly the same ones I bought a couple years ago, are snug right out of the package — previously a little baggy before first wash — and made of lighter material. In have been Hanes loyalist for decades, but now cannot rely on them for the same consistently good sizing and overall quality.

Hem unraveled after one wash

I bought a half dozen of these shirts for work. The fit was good, fabric thick, long enough to stay tucked in. After the first wash the hem on the bottom completely unraveled. I wear my work shirts tucked in, so it's still functional as a work shirt, but I won't be buying other shirts from this site or it's partners.

Not as good as in the past

Beware that these shirts are not the Beefy-T quality from several years ago. This order (I've been buying these shirts for 10 years) was very inconsistent regarding sizing. All of the shirts I ordered were 2XL but some were tighter than others. And it didn't depend on the color - one grey shirt fit as if it was a size smaller and another grey shirt fit just fine. Out of the 12 shirts I ordered, 4 fit like they are XL even though the tag says 2XL. Also, my husband is not happy with the continued return of the tags - my last order 6 months ago was when the tags had shown back up. Additionally, the shirts are now getting holes in the armpits where the seems are ripping out very quickly - within the first 3 months of wearing.
