Quality iron in a gentle form.

My iron became low after donating blood regularly, and I needed to take iron supplements. I tried a couple of types of iron and was having a hard time with it bothering my stomach. After reading about different options, I decided to try the Iron Bisglycinate as it was supposed to be more gentle. I found the Nutricost brand in the 25 mg capsules. It was priced good and is a reputable manufacturer. So that's the one I chose. The 25 mg dose, which is more than lots of other ones at 18mg, has been good for me and is much more gentle on my stomach than the others I have tried. The quality is good, and it came with a long expiration date. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to others who need iron. I wish I had tried this sooner!
