I had no idea Walmart offered this as a service. I had purchased a digital download of a picture that I wanted framed for a bathroom. I thought I'd have to order a print or take it in somewhere, then find a frame and order that as well. I was able to upload the digital image, pick size, pick a frame and have it done and shipped to my house in 4 days! Awesome! Quality frame and the print turned out perfect! Will definitely use their photo services again.
