So good I chewed a hole through them

I have tried so many over the counter brands of mouth guards for my severe teeth grinding at night. I did not want to take the step to get a night guard from the dentist due to the price. I saw this in my favorite YouTubers packing video and I had to try them. They fit so well and are perfect for me. I literally wear them down and they seem to be doing their job. I change them out once a week or once every two weeks. After the two week mark, I'm starting to bite holes through them. My teeth are so much happier and I feel so much better when I wake up. Would 10000000% recommend these to everyone who grinds their teeth. 🦷

Works great, can las a long time

I've been using these for many years now. This is the cheapest thing I have found to use. I get around 3-4 weeks of use out of each one before I have to replace it. I keep them in a denture container full of mouth wash to keep them fresh. I have a bad grinding problem that has led to enamel loss and even a few broken crowns. Every now and then, I will have a dream I am chewing bubble gum and wake up to find it is the guard. ;<)
