Product details
Tojiro Chefs Cooking Knife is a high-quality Japanese knife for all kinds of chefs. Knife remains flat on the flip side and honed at an angle on one side. Blade is 210mm (8.3 inch) long made out of Shirogami Steel clad material with a core of Shirogami Steel and outside of soft iron. Handle is made of Oak Wood with a black bolster made of Resin. Series name is inscribed onto the blade. The heavy-weight feature of the knife makes it good for cutting meat and fish.
