Poor logistics, shipping, customer service.

Decent case, but not the most sturdy. shipping was delayed 5 days, then it said delivered, but clearly was no. I had to go buy a different case because my new phone was going unprotected for too long. Then the case showed up finally 2 days after they told me it was delivered and when I asked for a refund they said I was responsible for packaging and shipping it back. Logistics and customer service are definitely a solid 1/5, didn't feel like I was interacting with a serious business.
