I upgraded from the old 1080p system to the 4K and it is a significant improvement. Not only is resolution 4 times better but the night vision is much brighter, the lens angle is wider, and the Night Owl Protect app is significantly better than the old app. The added refinements make this system so much better

So I bought the Night Owl 4K NVR System with 8 ethernet and 4 Wi-Fi cameras, Ihave had the NVR for over 8 months. and purchased the extra cameras a week or so ago. I can't say enough good things about the entire system and cameras. Clear and perfect picture quality and features that a pro system would have, for the price you can't beat Night Owl period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am really impressed with the clarity of the 4k cameras especially at night in my shop it pitch black and you still see everything. I will revisit and update my post and review after a few months.
