Not what they claim to be

The description on this product clearly states Pop-up Post-its and the suggestive sells on the page include the Pop-up Dispensers, which is what these were purchased for. These are NOT Pop-up, they are standard Post-its. The colors are great, but these are not what I ordered. I am extremely disappointed. There are at least two people in our office that are waiting for Pop-ups.
