What a great tool at an even greater price. I have lots of Palm Trees (24) and many more tropical plants that seem to constantly need some pruning. I have climbed ladders with a full-size chainsaw and gotten the extra wider clippers with tons of elbow grease to accomplish this task in the past. This tool works better than I ever thought it would and has made this labor-intensive task so much easier to do and because of its ease of operation and the way it cuts I find myself doing a much more thorough job then I have done in the past. I was amazed at the quality and all the extras! It came with 2 chains,sharp. Also it contained 2 rails, 2 batteries and gloves, safety goggles, a tool for tightening the chain. I am 58 years old and it fit perfectly in my hand and I was able to run the chainsaw easily and safely with one hand. For the price I am totally satisfied beyond belief.
