I wore them for 6 hours and no blisters or hot spots. They run true to size, no need to guess. I am a true 7.5 and I ordered size 7.5 as you can see they fit perfectly fine. Heel is not to high so make them comfortable enough to wear to office. I love the embellishments which are not too sparkle and actually can be suitable for more casual outfits.
