Failure to follow instructions, warnings and cautions could result in serious burns to the skin. Air-Activated: Tear open pouch when ready to use; starts to warm on its own. Place one pad in each of the two pockets of the wrap. Do not overlap pads or place more than one in each 8 pocket. Place on pain area, stretch wrap around entire body to secure. It may take up to 30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature. Wear up to 8 hours. Keep wrap flat against you skin; do not fold or bunch as the risk of born is increased. Discard heat pads after single use.
